How do I open search results links in Teddit instead of Reddit?

I use Teddit as a frontend for Reddit. Let’s say I search in duck duck go and get a list of results with reddit links. How can I click on them and not have to deal with Reddit’s tracking, opening the link in Teddit instead? It’s either that or have to copy the topic and go find it on Teddit which is a pain.

Thanks!

Better to use an extension like Libredirect
