It looks like VeraCrpyt developers recommend now using FUSE-T instead OSXFUSE on macOS devices with Apple Silicon. What do you think about it? Do you know ho to change it without any issue? Thanks!

Yeah, same goes for Cryptomator too I think. It’s safe to use.
What is your actual question/concern?
Use FUSE-T, it’s implemented in user space rather than as a kernel extension which makes it significantly more secure and more stable.
