During the boot process of my PC (Debian 12 stable), a message briefly appears : ERROR conflict detected with stolen region
Then, the system works fine, yet, should I worry about this message and do any action to go it away ?

It probably says some other things next to it than just that, which would tell you what causes the message.
If the computer boots it doesn’t really matter though. You will have better luck getting more information on a forum dedicated to your distro, since this isn’t a privacy/security question:
I think this is an error with how the intel graphics driver is handled as it has a “stolen memory” region. I am sure that someone in the Debian forums has run into this BIOS misconfiguration with the intel Igpu.
