My suggestion is to read the whole tread, as it is small, but be aware that some posts are old and not accurate anymore.
As of writing, when I check Exodus, it shows that the OnlyOffice Android app has 5 Google and Facebook trackers.
Last time I used OnlyOffice on Android, the telemetry was opt-out, with a toggle you needed to uncheck inside the settings menu, but this happened many months ago and I don’t use OnlyOffice anymore, so something may have changed since then.
I don’t know what applies to other platforms.
