Does "Color" and/or "Multi-Account Containers" addon break my fingerpint?

I want to use below add-ons:

Does they break my fingerprint? I mean are they making me more unique?

I don’t think that have permissions to manipulate the HTML DOM. But I want to ask to make sure.
