"Do Not Disturb" service in Brazil

I need some help here, in Brazil there is this service called “Não Me Pertube” offered by Anatel (Internet and Telephony Regulatory Agency) and ABR Telecom, and in its privacy policy, the following is found:

“ABR Telecom, exclusively for the best supply of its products and services can, in
Some circumstances and when necessary, transmit your personal data to other companies.
In addition, your data can be shared with partners and suppliers with headquarters or branches
in other countries, always in accordance with applicable legislation and in accordance with clauses
relevant contractuals. In both cases, the transfer of your data, if necessary, will occur
always at the limit of the reaching the desired legitimate purpose, observing all safeguards
necessary to protect such data, and it is certain that Apr Telecom should obtain approval from the
controllers and to scientify partners or suppliers, as appropriate, on the obligations of
confidentiality and security with which they should handle their data”

What I think is a dangerous permission, especially when the service is only to block telemarketing calls.

For me to register and avoid such calls, I need to enter my full name, CPF (SSN equivalent, but it is much harder to cancel or change in case of fraud) email and phone number. Moreover, this information will be shared with all registered companies.

Also, this service has the history of not working because it is only blocked the telemarketing calls of adhered companies.

On the other hand, the adhering user can choose which forum he will sue the company that failed to comply with the order of non -pertube, which is beneficial, because if you do not attend the hearings, the case is filed (and many companies in their terms of use and services choose the most beneficial for them)

What are your thoughts? Should I sign up for this?

Ideally you shouldnt be answering calls from normal cellular services if you can help it. Calls should only come from encrypted services such as Signal and maybe Facetime.

So, should I use a local call blocker? And prefer using Signal calling?

Some calls will be important, like maybe the celullar provider to remind you of bills. You should probably filter the calls somehow and use a whitelist/allowlist.

Ok, I have set up SpamBlocker with STIN verification, FTC database and PhoneBlock API, that should be enough. Thanks for you help.
