They are better than Godaddy, at least from sales and privacy part.

I agree, they were kinda spammy when I used them. Porkbun automatically subscribes you to promotional email lists. Also, changing your email address in your account results in another subscription.
Their privacy policy is clear. Also, if you want to opt out for data harvesting you can send a ticket to their support team and they will do it. Prices are also good. They provide free whois protection service, and free let’s encrypt ssl certificate renewal.
Of course there are much better alternatives, like njal.la but at least porkbun is better than godaddy.
