This list has not been updated since 2021 and I’m wondering if there is any real benefit to using this list as a result?

It is not enabled in uBlock Origin by default on either desktop or mobile web browsers, so I am inclined to believe it is not currently relevant.

Combing through Brave’s documentation, it does not appear this list is included in their default Shield lists, but elsewhere one of their filter list maintainers has indicated most of that Block LAN list is included by default.

Considering the advice to avoid steering far from the default lists for fingerprinting purposes, is having these lists activated in their respective blockers doing more potential harm than good?
