Can't install RethinkDNS

I would like to install RethinkDNS on my pixel with GOS, but I can’t do that.
It is constantly being reported that the installation is conflict with an existing package.

RethinkDNS is not installed in any of my profiles. I can not install the app via the F-Droid Store or via the Github APKs.

Does anyone have an idea for this?

Making sure it is not installed in any other profile/private space and then rebooting the phone solved the same issue with another app for me few weeks ago

Thanks, you have to remove the app for all profiles in the settings, then you can downgrade or reinstall the app.
