Can you only login to the app store on iPhone?

I’m not an iPhone user but I’m curious that can you only login to app store(which is a must to install apps) without logging in to the system, iCloud, FIndmy and other apps? I think this can improve your privacy on an iPhone

also can you update preinstalled apps without logging in? can you install free apps without logging in? what about macOS?

one more question: Is there any method to ensure that iCloud content is actually e2ee rather than just trusting Apple? Has anyone done this work before?

There’s the iCloud Advanced Data Protection, which encrypts a bunch of content on iCloud.

Right, but that is still just trusting apple right?

Yes. Just log out of iCloud in the Settings app if you’re signed in already, and sign in to your Apple ID inside the App Store app and not the Settings app.
