Brave, too aggressive mode or not

so, with the last stable update Brave Release Notes | Brave brave activate standard mode for all, aggressive mode hide by default

my Q is : worth enable strict mode manually again ?

Brave is pretty good with the default settings that they offer still you can tweak stuff yo make it more.
But that can break websites.
