How is this even an issue for a “federated” platform?
I never got the point of Bluesky isn’t it just a worst version Mastodon?
it’s more or less twitter but closed down federation (ATProto) rather than a standard one like ActivityPub

It has concepts of becoming federated with people picking and choosing servers. But with venture capital behind them, they sure aren’t rushing into those features
