Well, I guess that some companies will create a new service for businesses (websites, apps, services) to allow automatic age verification through their servers. So, you the website or app developer can focus on the payload of your app while the nasty age verification process is carried out by the other company. Sort of outsourcing age verification to someone else, which is very bad in any case but could happen in the near future.
