WIth the emerging AI Based Cryptos, New decentralized protocols are coming about, one that seems to have some decent potential is the ANyONe Protocol, they claim:

Assuming the claims are true, would this protocol that seems to emulating the TOR network be something people would ever use? Would this provide any conventional benefit over the use of TOR? (The whitepaper seems to basically just describe an emulation of Tor, but maybe I am missing something)
