Something to keep in mind is

For now, you can’t reply to emails forwarded by your aliases. To send a reply, you can forward the message to the original sender. But please note that this will reveal your personal email address.

For me personally, this limits the scope of how I would use the service, as something like SimpleLogins reverse alias’ allow you to communicate with services (such as contractors) without ever having to reveal your email.
