Short description
Carburetor works like Orbot for Android, but for Linux. Can be installed via flatpack
Why I think this tool should be added
Some people cannot afford VPN or have it hardly blocked. In this situation Tor helps to circumvent restrictions via Moats, which most VPNs cannot do.
It also good for people who need to get security from public wifi, not permanent VPN usage.
