It’s a prototype; he’s building an infrastructure for an actual operating system. He didn’t publish a link because he’s looking to keep people’s attention, if you watch his video, he even says to “stay tuned for more”…..

Love the pragmatic fella and nice PoC. Not sure if anybody should be surprised by the public OSINT data but definitely very much achievable indeed (yet scary). 
Sprinkle some higher shady access to some CCTV cameras and you really do have a real Palantir huh.
