Why is there no anti-tracking software for Linux, specifically for people that install social media applications or other programs on it?

So like I use Kubuntu. I would love software that blocks Slack, Discord, etc from tracking my Desktop. Why is this not a thing?
To be clear, Kubuntu is essentially Ubuntu with KDE.

You can use OpenSnitch as an app firewall, though initial set up can be quite tedious because you have to whitelist everything.

Portmaster is also an option with similar results. It recently release its 1.0 version.
