What is the point of Firefox Focus instead of Firefox with a private window, or Mullvad browser?

Not sure what you mean by Mullvad Browser in this context, considering Firefox Focus is on Android/iOS only?

They advertise it like it would be private window firefox with uBO, but you can’t install add-ons on mobiles so they have it’s own “uBO like” engine in it.
That’s how they advertise it.

There is no point.

If you’re doing a disservice to yourself by using Firefox on Android, then at least use IronFox.

If this is on a mobile, Firefox doesn’t have a ad blocker. Firefox focus blocks ads by default and also deletes your browsing history. For Firefox alone you need to open a private tab for that. This comes from personal usage, it might be incorrect information. Lots of apps on your phone read your browsing history so Firefox focus is a bit better than Firefox. Mullvard you need to pay to get the proxy/DNS routing, so It’s a different topic
