What browsers do you use that aren't listed here? Preferably android

There are many browsers that I think fit the privacy preserving crowd that aren’t mentioned here. Preferably Android!

We all know about Cromite, IronFox, Vanadium, Mullvad, Fennec, etc., and some of those being mentioned, but what other browsers exists that aren’t mentioned? I want to grow my Android and Linux ecosystem.

What are some browsers, no matter how niche or how common, you think people should know about, or that I should try?

One I use on occasion as a sort of “semi pre configured Firefox” is Zen browser. It’s not the best when it comes to privacy out of the box, but many, if not all, of the recommended Firefox hardening steps can be applied to it as well since it is based on Firefox.

I use libre fox for that reason

Do you mean librewolf? (I also use this occasionally)

I’ve tried Zen out before, and I thought it was pretty neat! Needs a bit of work for my taste, but definitely promising.

But when it comes to privacy, out of curiosity, is that even possible for Zen? Considering how drastically different the UI and customization is? Because from what I understand, if you start messing with the Firefox UI, even a little, it just breaks standardized fingerprinting protection. Because to me, and for the lack of a better analogy, as this one has been ruined by politics, it seems like Zen users would definitely be snowflakes in that case.

For my uses I do not bother much with advanced fingerprinting protection on Zen Browser (so it may very well be difficult/complex compared to stock Firefox). Rather I reserve such advanced fingerprinting protection for browsers actually built for it (Mullvad, librewolf/Arkenfox, and TOR).

How is ladybird with stability?[1] I’ve been meaning to check it out, but had not had the time to determine if it was stable enough for me to give it a proper test run.

For android there is a project discussed on here called web libre i think. It is quite an interesting project and well worth looking at. ios i have played with psylo, a paid app granted. On mac orion by kagi is very clean in continuous private mode and i also tried donut browser but i think i prefer just forcing a private browser

I’m on Brave across all my devices.

Context: I’ve got a GrapheneOS phone, a MacBook, a Fedora laptop, and a Windows 11 LTSC desktop. I use Vanadium for PWA on mobile, but Brave handles everything else everywhere. I’m too used to Brave and the sync feature to switch, despite testing other browsers all the time.

Zen is a meme, and apparently the dev behind it said that RFP makes tracking easier.

They don’t even publish builds yet

I’m aware. My interest in ladybird browser, at this stage, is largely academic. I am not opposed to building from source. My question for @FranklyFlawless was more to see if Ladybird was stable enough for me to give it a decently through test of my own. Obviously I wouldn’t daily drive a browser in such an early development stage, but I am still curious about it’s progress.

I can only answer one of the OP’s questions, not the remainder.
