Tor "VPN" approach

There is already app Tor VPN for android (routes all traffic through Tor)

So should i route all traffic on my PopOS through TOR?

Why: to circumvent firewall in my org. VPNs blocked, but tor (via bridge) works fine.

Maybe use this approach for all system?

Up to you.

Not really an easy question for anyone else to answer, it’s personal and subjective, and doesn’t really include much context to give informed advice.

Personally, I would not want system wide always on Tor on all of my devices, especially not work devices.

The TorVPN app is still in in beta. A disclaimer from the devs:

:warning: WARNING : Tor VPN is beta software. Do not rely on it for anything other than testing. It may leak information and should not be relied on for anything sensitive.

I would recommend against using TorVPN as a daily driver for web traffic until a proper release candidate exists

I agree, especially if you don’t 100% know for a fact that your operating system and every installed program only makes encrypted connections.

Tor exit nodes are pretty rife with passive/opportunistic attacks on unencrypted connections unfortunately. Nothing serious enough to need to worry about HTTPS connections in Tor Browser, but anything else I’d be a bit concerned.
