I don’t want the claims of CoI or worse “argument from authority” levied at me (incorrectly, may I add), so I find it fit to suggest first (assuming good faith).
And the “team”… ignores / overrules (sometimes without any feedback). Though, to their credit, they are transparent about how only they have the final say (which is understandable, but goes back to my point of, writing good policies and discarding them / folks guarding their own little fiefdoms is a thing here; the system does what it is setup to do, but I ask… let’s not hallucinate, be more honest, and not drink too much of our own kool-aid).
