Short description

It is designed to be resistant to network-borne exploit and malware attacks. It is also meant to be familiar and easy to use.

Why I think this tool should be added

In David Bombal’s How to be Invisible Online (and the hard truth about it)… At 46:40, Occupy The Web (OTW) suggests Subgraph OS. This OS is still in alpha, just wanted to get the community’s thoughts on it.

years ago the devs were slinging zero days around on twitter when arguing with others

but that doesn’t matter anyway, the project has been dead for years (see their github)

Subgraph OS, now there’s a name I haven’t heard off in a long time.

Honestly, I would take someone’s advice with a pinch of salt if they seriously recommend it in 2025 and beyond. IF they recommend it, their knowledge is either lacking, or they have been out of the game for a long time. The project has been dead for like 6 years by now, and activity has flatlined about 4 years ago.
