After removing RaivoOTP from recommended tools, personally I switched to Strongbox on my iPhone, and its works well for me. My database stored locally on smartphone and desktop (I can open it also with KeePassXC). I thought that will be good another option of 2FA it could be considered.
I think the reason those aren’t listed is because PrivacyGuides does not recommend storing 2FA in your password manager.

you should use a trustworthy multifactor authenticator like Ente Auth or Aegis (and keep it seperate from your password manager).
