Security of seeds and PIN review needed

I have my “operating” BTC wallet (not much money on it, I “refill” it only to pay for online products).

And I think, will simple seed.txt inside Cryptomator (local folder) be enough? Or I should create VeraCrypt lical container?

By the way, I currently use Cryptomator to locally store PIN and other non-password but still sensitive info (like credit card info) securely. Is it considered secure?

I do NOT sync it anywhere (I do not have any cloud clients and use only web versions to store files there), so this cryptomator folders are fully local.

And btw, where to store backup of my passwords from password manager? For now I have no backup of passwords (I am too scared they will leak), but everyone keep telling me that I will regret it if locked out of accounts…

For a seed phrase I would avoid seed.txt if you can. Plain text inside an encrypted vault is better than plain text alone, but it is still easy to accidentally open, index, back up, or leave in editor history. For small “spending” amounts, a paper/metal copy stored somewhere boring and safe is usually simpler. For password-manager backup, an encrypted export on an offline USB drive can be reasonable, but test restoring it once and keep the password/key separate from the drive.
