If you’re trying to install Linux on a computer with Secure Boot on, it won’t work. You need to disable Secure Boot before installing your preferred Linux distribution. Also, do you have Nvidia drivers? Secure Boot tends to make some features not work very well out of box (i.e. Hibernate)

Why? That’s not how it’s supposed to work.

It is a ryzen 7 ultra book does not have any dedicated gpu.

Oh my bad. That hasn’t been a concern for some distributions recently. To correct myself, it really depends on a bunch of other factors that could make secure boot not work

@brivacy what did you use to create the installer, the official Fedora Media Creation Tool, or some third-party disk writing software?

No not true i have other device where i can boot live with a fedora media without turning off secure boot i can easily use fedora on that…
