Not something that should/can be used as blanket excuse, but I will say that from what Iâve heard as well as in my personal experience, the SN team has proved to consist of really good people. Theyâre not perfect, make mistakes and might disagree with some things, but if you reach out they definitely have an open ear and are often willing to put empathy and their values over profit. This isnât a âfeatureâ in itself and can change in the future, but considering that they actually do âgo above and beyondâ for their users, SN generally deserve another chance more than most companies would. What happened here with md support is just another example of that.
