Why should this tool be removed?
uBlock Origin Lite is available for iOS now and it’s obviously better than AdGuard.
Are there any plans to bring the element picker[1] function to the Lite version? If the answer is no, then AdGuard (and any other Safari blocker that allows for manually picking elements users want permanently blocked) is still superior.

Are we talking about the DNS resolver?
If so uBlock Origin Lite covers a completely different area than Adguard DNS blocker.
Worth noting: only uBlock Origin Lite is available on modern Safari versions, released in Aug2025. Vanilla Ublock Origin is not supported past Safari 13, due to dependencies on Manifest V2
The question to answer is gonna be whether the features missing from lite, like element blocking & customizable lists, are meaningful enough to warrant AdGuard’s continued inclusion. I don’t think that’s a trivial concern
If you’re going to state this, you also need to demonstrate that. So exactly how uBlock Origin Lite is better than AdGuard on iOS?
I have also myself moved back to AdGuard on iOS because with uBlock Origin, I lose custom filter lists and the filter updates happen only when the app updates via App Store, which can actually take quite a while unless you want to manually check for updates each day.
