Bitlocker by default does not require an additional PIN or password to unlock the encrypted volume.
Probably mention this and explain how to enable unlocking with a passphrase in this section of the website?

I would encourage people to use Veracrypt instead, an open-source encryption software. Windows Bitlocker, like Windows itself, is closed-source and has had several vulnerabilities.
