Same litmus test as last time: where’s the source code? No source code, not recommended. It’s also yet another Chromium fork, so not sure why I’d rely on that compared to Brave.
They have a Free VPN, which this browser seems like a plug to get you to use it. Free VPNs are generally sketchy unless the business model is understood (i.e. Proton wants you to buy their pro version and join their ecosystem).
All of their features can be done with Arkenfox + FireFox (or Mullvad Browser), a dedicated VPN, and uBlock, and not being a closed ecosystem.
Question to you - as you are finding these browsers, what is your goal? If you’re looking for the most private browser, are the current Privacy Guide recommendations insufficient for you? Or are you looking out of curiosity? Do you have something specific you are looking for?
