Was wondering if I only install playstore on the main account but only in private space and then downloading apps.
Are these downloaded apps available to push to other profiles?

No, Private Space is in broad terms just a convenient way to access a second profile (with few differences such as shared clipboard). On GrapheneOS (don’t know about stock) you could install your Apps in your owner profile, push them to your profiles and then disable them in the owner profile since they are updated anyways.
