Is ProtonMail with filters, multiple addresses, and message forwarding convenient and secure to use for personal and work purposes? Or is it better to use another provider’s mail, like Tutanota, for work?

ProtonMail is decent for work, especially for it’s third party email client support and their business allowing easy config of email groups etc. for Personal both Tuta and Proton should serve you well, as @ph00lt0 put it, try and see what fits for your personal needs
