I recently acquired an Android TV box. As with most, there are some flashy recommendations etc. still, it works. After some research, I wanted to try Projectivy Launcher and it is indeed very clean and minimalistic.
But the permissions are giving me a little chill in the spine as it required the accessibility service as Android will tell me it can spy on Everything except password.
So, I wanted to ask if anyone has experience with the launcher or audits related to its traffic. And what is the general consensus related to Launchers for Android.
Side note: I am aware the default launcher is also able to spy on me, but since it is provided by a big company, I really doubt they would risk a scandal. One single person on the other hand, can be tempted.
