Came across to a claimed privacy conscious blog platform. They offer an option to self-host and some other features.
Is this something that can help fill someone’s needs?
Can we rely on it? I didn’t quite understand if we need to pay for keeping a domain alive if not how does it even works?
Are there alternatives? Is this something to monitor and perhaps add to the PG’s toolkit?
Looks interesting… when it comes to self-hosting stuff like this interest me. I use to use things like Wordpress to blog, but now I’m looking into self hosting stuff like https://gohugo.io/ or now even this openwrite you have mentioned, but my thing is the difficulty setting these things up and then security comes to mind. I don’t see anything on openwrite if there’s a way to export your data. Gonna keep digging.
