Any site for getting one time credit card ?
Non-US is a large area, can you narrow that down a bit?

I don’t particularly understand by “one time use”, but your local bank may have some prepaid options.
What’s the reason you need a one time credit card? If anonymity is not a concern you can maybe use Wise or Revolut (bot sure if either is available in yoir country). They offer digital credit cards that you can create, delete and limit
I’ve used Revolut (I doubt it’s anonymous) but it does work for some services and you can use different currencies,it may not work for a subscription payment though depending on the website,they can check for that ,Monzo (online app bank like Revolut) may work in a similar way . Even if you get a US card and use a VPN some streaming services may reject you.(I think this was the case for Hulu or Disney+ in the US)
This. Since credit and debit cards usually involved kyc, local bank is the easiest solution. 1 of my local bank have that, its a credit card that can be used to generate unlimited virtual numbers. The virtual numbers can be further customised like only linked to just 1 payment gateway or 1 payee, as an auto expired number after xxx usage, as recurring payment that locked to just 1 payee etc.
Obviously theres no privacy nor anonymity there but for security and segregation its awesome. If 1 of the virtual card number leak can just disable the leak one with a few click.
