The only thing that matters to me is that I use them at all to begin with.
In general a report like this will not take immediate effect, because of the abuse potential. Either that puts it in a manual queue which I doubt, or it depends on many people reporting the same. I expect the feature is quite obscure and that getting an ai site filtered would take a while. An addon with a quicker flow of review or custom additions would be my choice to get quicker results. And yet more and more of those sites show up…

What made you want to move away from Bitwarden?
Il have never tried Arch-Linux but I’ve read that it’s difficult to have it secure, although it’s a great distro for learning and for having last updates very quickly. Also, I’ve read the AUR is full of potentially dangerous or insecure software.
I’ve also read that security-wise, fedora or OpenSuSE Tumbleweed were easier as they implement strong SELinux profiles by default.
Does someone have insights?
I can’t really speak to Tumbleweed as I’m not familiar with it, but I know that Secureblue is probably one of the most secure traditional Linux distros it being based on Fedora Atomic.

what is ur experience with opensuse tumbleweed? Also do u recommend compiling everything by urself (in linux generally)?
I have no experience with Tumbleweed. I am not a specialist in Linux system admin, but as far as I know, compiling software yourself mitigates your lack of trust towards the repository maintainers. From where I stand, it might be relevant for AUR in Arch, but I trust Debian, SuSE or Fedora maintainers, so I won’t compile myself what is already compiled in their repository.
(Plus, I have basic knowledge in compiling)
