It depends on the internet speed you already have. It may impact it a bit as usual but they have recently improved their DAITA feature with increased bandwidth. Try it out yourself!

Adversaries capable enough to track across hops would rather pass a law making interception of traffic legal, which imo seems to be the case for Sweden: Clarification on the Swedish Covert Surveillance Act
