Even though I have 10 VPN connections included in my premium Proton plan, i’m considering getting a Mullvad sub again. Their Linux app is just miles ahead of the crappy implementation of Proton VPN (lacking most features on Linux).
Proton VPN has never been good except for streaming use cases.
They mention that DAITA greatly increase network traffic and can increase device power consumption. Does anyone know if there is testing/benchmarks available to determine just how much of an impact it has?
That’s even objectively wrong. Blanket statements like this with no explanation only shows how uninformed you are… even if you may actually not be.
There is no need to respond 5 months later with an ad hominem attack. Disproving a statement you disagree is much more productive, preferably with sources.
I didn’t see the time frame was 5 months later. Sorry. I thought it was a newer post.
