I searched the forum and the wider internet and couldn’t get a clear answer on this, so I figured I would ask here.
If I connect a device (grapheneos) that is running VPN with kill switch enabled, and I connect it to a mobile hotspot, what data and identifying info would the mobile carrier get about my phone? Is it possible for them to correlate or link the two devices if used in this manner?
