Is there any private way to download file via torrent network through magnet links?
And better if it will be free, since I use Torrent to avoid fees.

use a VPN witch offers Port Forwardings.
Mental Outlaw made a video about this:
TLDR: use a reputable VPN (like Mullvad) and qBittorrent and change some of the settings.
I am using torrent to reduce spending money… But all VPNs that natively allow torrenting are paid (I understand why). Is there any workaround?
I just need not to get “strike” from ISP.
Someone say I should download via mobile data due to CGNAT privacy. Should I?
This topic is ridiculous. The goal of OP is not privacy. But rather piracy in order ‘to save money’
like he wrote. And he don’t want to pay for a VPN.
What would we assist this ?
Technically OP is looking for a privacy advice and not a legal assessment. Also there is a possibility that some users who are looking for a privacy advice here, are no strangers to controversial activities but are just a little too shy to say a word or two about it in advance. So, have that in mind and as they say, do something good and then throw it in the water. Something will come out of it.
you cannot be “private” while downloading typical torrents, bittorrent does not work that way. the swarm will see your ip no matter if you use a .torrent file with trackers or a magnet link through DHT/PEX.
you have realistically two ways to hide yourself when torrenting:
you can attempt i2p, but speeds and availability there are hit or miss.
IMO that’s the answer OP was looking for. I2P is free, relatively private but availability and speeds are horrendous sometimes. Using I2P requires a change of personal content policy and priorities. For acquiring a small amount of critical data, it is valuable and useful enough. For entertainment purposes so to speak, not so much. At least for now. Other than that, there are only paid VPN options left. It is what it is.
