Lock/encrypt bookmarks

both Brave and Firefox offer e2ee bookmark sync but I’m looking for a way to lock the bookmarks (and preferably even encrypt them locally , i have history and cookies deleted after browser exit so bookmarks are the only personal data that stays saved) , kind of like bitwarden autolock the vault after X minutes

OR have a e2ee bookmark manager instead of relying on browser one , raindrop is open source , has good UI/UX but no e2ee , webcull is not open source , i find it to have worse ui/ux than raindrop , and paid only (43 usd/year) , brace.to is open source e2ee , but when i imported my bookmarks the search wasn’t working properly at all

edit : floccus is open source and e2ee butt it syncs the bookmarks you have in your browser and i can’t find a way to use only the encrypted cloud instead
