I’m looking forward to this so I can finally (and hopefully) completely ditch NextDNS. From my experience, and observations, there’s just been far too many issues with it.
Issues with NextDNS (Off-topic)
Their TIF list is “internalized,” essentially proprietary, so we don’t know whether it is even maintained anymore.
They have ignored users’ feature requests. Just look at all these requests with no response. They have made bad excuses and vague responses to major feature requests.
I’m likely digging a little too deep, but I’m concerned about the longevity of the project due to the developers’ neglect and lack of transparency.
Thanks for the interest! This is exactly the purpose for this project. First step is a private beta only available to IVPN customers, aiming for Q1 but no firm promise on that. Will be announced on our blog and social channels.
