Does anyone know of a good software preferably for Android that can sift through a couple thousand images and find the duplicates?

Maybe not what you want as ut us not local but Ente does this for me and works on Android.
They miss many many photos
Unfortunate its only for the Desktop OSes: Linux, Windows and MacOS
It does a decent job and catches the look-alike enough.
