I'm about to install Fedora 41

You only need to bypass the TPM requirement and the installation will work.

I’ll check this out ty

Another question : I tried to use ProtonVPN by using openvpn file in the settings, then enabled it, but doesn’t work → ip’s still the same.

Same thing even with other servers files

Have you followed all the steps in this guide?

Yes

Edit : the file downloaded without problem and configuration was followed. But when enabling it says It’s connected but nothing

 Hmm, that is odd.

Maybe try Wireguard if that is an option for you?

Maybe It’s linked to this : Concerns about ProtonVPN servers being down

I have a new problem guys

My internal microphone is not detected ! Tried to check in settings but nothing (no microphone)

I did this :

sudo dnf install alsa-firmware

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-snd_soc_dmic.conf

Add following line
blacklist snd_soc_dmic

sudo dracut -f

sudo reboot

But nothing new

Not to drive you away from this forum, but perhaps the Fedora forum would be better equipped to help you with this type of general issue?

I’m considering to do this, I was also asking here because it seems that some of you are very good at Linux theory
