I wonder how I can use Google products while maintaining maximum privacy because I am forced to use them for work, but I am worried about my privacy and the amount of data collected about users.
Is it worth it to buy a new phone number to create a new account for work only? Should I use it in a separated browser?
With work related products, these are under a different privacy policy to consumer products.
Just use real details nothing to worry about. Your employer knows who you are, and your work account is tied to your “known identity”.
Using it in a separate browser might be prudent, so your google searches aren’t tied to that account, but more than that there isn’t much worth doing. Alternatively use a separate “work device”.
