How to get an anonymous Github Account?

I found a critical bug in an application and want to report it anonymously on their Github.

So I conducted many attempts to create Github account’s anonymously but they all got blocked.

Is there a way to get an anonymous Github account?
Is there a store that sells Github account for crypto currency and DON’T requires any identifying information or blocks Tor?

Residential proxy or try a bunch of different commercial VPN IPs. Do they not have an email or other way to reach them?

Oh how I hate to create new accounts for Github (I try to change them regularly). I think what worked last time was via VPN and a mail address that was not from mail providers Simplelogin or Addy, as those get blocked. You learn this though after solving 10 stupid puzzles…

I could imagine that Tor should not be a problem, as you can login with Tor. But not sure.

create a email from a domain that is anon but not blocked (Simplelogin was blocked many years ago as i recall)

OR your own custom domain

OR i can build as many accounts as you like(you can change the password and add 2FA, passkey to it later)

IP address score is not that big of deal in my experience, but think proxies and VPN are against its TOS, but not enforced

I get blocked in 9/10 times with Tor

If you can find any contact information for the developers outside of GitHub, you could contact them there (and most certainly should, if the bug is security related).

Just buy accounts if you try to create an “anonymous” GitHub account with a VPN, you’ll likely get shadowbanned. A lot of people don’t actually know but shadowbans do exist on GitHub: when your account is shadowbanned, other users can’t see your comments or reports.

To get unshadowbanned, you’d typically have to provide a mobile phone number and then contact GitHub Support, after which you might need to switch to a different email address thats whitelisted.

That said, I actually have several GitHub accounts, so I could give you one if you really need it tbh

I created an account in January with SimpleLogin so that I too could comment anonymously to certain projects. I used their passmail dot com address, if that makes a difference.

i could create account with simplelogin, but certain features (maybe “Github Actions” or pushing pull requests?! i don’t remember) was blocked and i was forced to changed my account’s primary Emil domain to continue with those features, i didn’t test any other simplelogin domains, nor do i remember what i was selected back then, it didn’t block at account creation phase!

If you are subscribed to Proton (you need a paid subscription for that specific alias), try connecting to Proton VPN and create an alias with the @passmail.com domain in Proton Pass. The default @passmail.net didn’t work for me, because the message “Email domain could not be verified” appears in red under the email field right after typing it. I can’t say anything about the other domains because I didn’t try them, but I think @passmail.com was the only one spared from being blocked for some reason. But if none of that works either, I would simply buy an account online anonymously. It shouldn’t cost more than $3. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend any good shops.

Its easy to check if you are shadow banned:
Start a new browser session with Tor/private-tab and then open a link to one of your recent posts, if your can see it, you are not shadow banned.

GitHub account is gonna be easy to create anonymously like throw up incogniton browser like this is not a hard account to create compared to Facebook or Google. I made one on a Mullvad server with a fresh Proton account.

Use public wifi like a library or something, if they block VPNs
