How do I synchronize Android System Settings across multiple users/profiles?

What I do have:

  • A rooted Android 15 (LineageOS) on OnePlus 9;
  • By this point, I’m so tired that if I have to recompile AOSP/LineageOS in
order to embed a native daemon that would do the job (or any such thing)
then that’s what I’m gonna do.

What I do not have:

  • Any money. Do not suggest buying a dedicated (or any at all) phone or
    anything else.

What is my usecase:

I have a few groups of apps (4-6 each). Proprietary stuff. They all expect to
see some other apps within the same group (as well as exchange some tracking
data) and, of course, full access to the file storage and contacts/SMS.

To be clear: I am not in any position to not use them or to make any fuss. Do
not suggest ‘just don’t use them’ or ‘file a complaint’ or any such thing.
It is simply frustrating. Thanks.

Currently, I use multiple android users because I can’t really fit the
aforementioned groups of apps in the dedicated profiles, that being
work profile/private profile (also called private space)/regular profile,
without leaking private data.

That seems to work well enough, but manually changing the same system
settings across users again and again is very frustrating, hence this topic.

What suggestions do you have on synchronizing Android System Settings?
