How can I suggest an edit for a community wiki post?

There’s something on a community wiki post that I feel needs clarifying, but I can’t reply to the post. What can I do?

I found it. What you do is go to the Community Wiki category in the sidebar, click on @wiki-editors:

and that will take you to the Wiki Editors group page where you can press “Join.”
