GrapheneOS no doubts is the top 1 for Privacy and Security
with thr exception of iPhones getting close, nothing else beats it in that regard
alot of the debloating and replacing work I consider to be more of privacy improvements and can get significantly better with changing settings and using debloater tools (Mine is not considered debloating, just replacing, I’ve mentioned the debloat tools).
if for example you used the ADB Script by itself, yes it will stop system apps from collecting unnecessary data and stuff like that, but it will not stop your phone from doing so (Phone Telemetry and stuff like thar) which is where you normally then dig into settings and use the debloating tools to go further

I think I need to clarify more on this, what I’ve made is mostly meant for those who cannot get a Google Pixel and there are a fair amount (we’ve just had a brazilian facing this situation)
but again I personally understand if you do like Fairphone’s Values as much as Framework and you wanna vote with your wallet or support them but I also don’t get to choose what you do either, if you value privacy for example, you should probably go for the pixel + GOS
