For context, this guy was forced to take down his company after a white hat hacker released a data breach of their customer data. I say this is karma for anyone who wants to make money from stalkerware

Wow, never even heard of that before but what a piece of work. I hope he gets a nice long jail sentence.

From my understanding, no one pleads guilty unless they get a deal from prosecution. No jail or limited time could be a part of that.
